FALL EVENTS PRESENTED BY THE BARD THEATER AND DANCE PROGRAMS Free events offered at the Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts

ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y.—The Bard Theater and Dance Programs present a series of free events in LUMA Theater at The Richard B. Fisher Center for the Performing Arts at Bard College. While there is no admission charge, reservations are suggested as seating is limited. Call the box office at 845-758-7900 for reservations and further information. From Saturday, October 22 through Monday, October 24, the Dance Program presents Fall Dance, featuring student choreography. Performances are at 8:00 p.m. each evening with a matinee Sunday, October 23, at 3:00 p.m. Three performances of August Strindberg’s The Pelican, directed by Bard senior Julie Rossman, are offered from Saturday, November 12 through Monday, November 14. The Saturday performance begins at 8:00 p.m., while Sunday and Monday performances begin at 7:00 p.m. On Saturday, November 19, the performance that is the culmination of the 24-Hour Play Festival will begin at 8:00 p.m. This program features a selection of short plays that were written, rehearsed, and performed by Bard students within a 24-hour period. Three performances of Winter Dance, a selection of Senior Project and faculty choreography, will be offered from Saturday, December 10 through Monday, December 12. Performances on Saturday and Monday begin at 8:00 p.m. with a Sunday matinee at 3:00 p.m. On Tuesday, December 13, and Wednesday, December 14, the Dance Program offers an evening of Spanish Dance at 8:00 p.m. For further information and reservations, call 845-758-7900. # # # (10/7/05)
