Train Shuttle Information

New this summer - Shuttles from Rhinecliff and Poughkeepsie

The Fisher Center provides inexpensive, convenient transportation from the Poughkeepsie  and Rhinecliff train stations to Bard for select SummerScape and Bard Music Festival matinee performances. Ticket prices are one way, and reservations are required. This service is for ticket holders only.

One-Way Poughkeepsie to Bard / Bard to Poughkeepsie $12.
One-Way Rhinecliff to Bard / Bard to Rhinecliff $7.

Important Information

If you are planning to return with the Bard shuttle as well, please purchase a roundtrip train ticket to save time on the return journey.

Please note that the FROM BARD shuttle times have been planned around estimated performance durations and may be subject to change.  Should the shuttle not meet the train indicated below, there will be another departing shortly after.

Meeting Point

There will be a Shuttle Captain with a sign marked BARD COLLEGE or POUGHKEEPSIE or RHINECLIFF on each shuttle to confirm your reservation and answer any questions you may have.

The Shuttle will pick up in the bus lane by the main entrance at Poughkeepsie and in the Taxi Area at Rhinecliff. The shuttle will be clearly marked with signs labeled "FISHER CENTER." It will drop off at the front of the Fisher Center across from the Parliament of Reality.
