Evening Cabaret: A Night in the Old Marketplace

Grammy Award-winning klezmer giant Frank London mixes Jewish, jazz, classical, rock, and world beats in his unique adaptation of a classic Yiddish play. The kaleidoscopic love story–which involves both raising the dead and trying to remake the world–is told through irreverent, playful, and poignant song. The multimedia concert is narrated by lyricist Glen Berger and performed by 10 outstanding eclectic singers and musicians, under the direction of Alexandra Aron.
