The 2011 film festival celebrates three widely divergent aspects of Nordic cinema including works by Swedish directors Mauritz Stiller and Victor Sjöström, Ingmar Bergman, and contemporary Finnish director Aki Kaurismäki.
Once again, Bard SummerScape is pleased to present all titles on 35mm film (whenever possible). All silent films have live piano accompaniment.
