Raise your spirits and kick off the summer season with Spirit Family Reunion, a young Americana band from Brooklyn. Featuring Bard alums Maggie Carson ’07 and Or Zubalsky MFA ’17, the band makes its Spiegeltent debut with raw, high-energy “open door gospel" songs, reminiscent of bluegrass and Appalachian music, that “translate perfectly info foot-stomping singalongs” (NPR) in a new old-fashioned way.
