Where will performances take place?
Productions will be staged for in-person audiences at the Fisher Center, unless otherwise noted. Select performances will also be available to livestream on our virtual stage, Upstreaming.
How do I watch livestream events?
Viewing details and how-to instructions will be available at the time of purchase.
What are some of the best practices for viewing livestreams?
Connection speed
Check your connection speed. We recommend a download speed of at least 5 mbps. Click here to test your connection.
Web Browser
Check your web browser. For best results, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox (note: we do not support Internet Explorer).
Technical Requirements
You can access performances on a PC or Mac in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari or on your mobile device using the latest version of the Safari or Chrome apps.
Cast the performances to your smart TV from your desktop computer or mobile device using Chromecast or AirPlay, or connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable. We do not recommend trying to access the links in a connected/smart TV browser.

Our physical Box Office is open Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm, as well as 1 hour before any performance.
By Phone
To speak with a ticket agent, call 845-758-7900 or email boxoffice@bard.edu during regular Box Office hours.

I have a credit from previous ticket purchases. How can I use my credit?
Credit can be used in the following ways:
- To purchase 2024 Season tickets
- Kept on file for future Fisher Center events
- Donated to support the Fisher Center
If you’d like to use your credit in any of the ways mentioned above, please contact a Box Office representative at 845-758-7900 or email boxoffice@bard.edu.
What happens if I suspect I am ill and can no longer attend a performance?
For the safety of all in attendance, we ask anyone feeling unwell to stay home. Whenever possible, we will offer exchanges to later performance dates, a credit toward future performances, or the option to donate your tickets.
How can I help support the Fisher Center?
Thank you for offering your support for the Fisher Center and Bard Music Festival. Donations of all sizes are appreciated and help us in our efforts to continue presenting extraordinary performing arts programming.
