How can we help?

The Fisher Center is dedicated to accommodating all guests. We invite you to call the box office at 845-758-7900 to discuss an arrival and seating plan that accommodates the specific needs of your party.

Arrival

Parking
Accessible parking is available at all venues. Please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before show time. This will allow you ample time to park and make your way to the theater. All venues have wheelchair accessible paths between the parking lot and theaters. Additional entry options and accommodations are listed below.

Golf Carts
Golf cart service is available at all public performances at the Fisher Center to assist patrons between the parking lot and theater. Please note that golf carts cannot run during lightning or other dangerous weather. If the carts are not running, please request assistance from a parking attendant, and a staff member will escort you to the theater.

Dropping off
Drivers accompanying guests with limited mobility may drop passengers off for performances in Sosnoff and LUMA theaters. The path from the drop-off point to the theater is shorter and flatter than from the parking lot, and is wheelchair accessible. The drop-off point is located directly in front of the theaters, at the pull-off area on the entrance road in front of the large glass signs. This area is staffed by parking attendants, who can assist with drop-off and request additional help from front of house staff to escort patrons into the lobby or theater while drivers park.

If you would like additional information or have any special requirements not covered here, please call 845-758-7900 for assistance.
